While you won’t find me out Trick or Treatin’ or heading to any themed parties, I do love to try some Halloween decor at home. After all, who doesn’t need a bit of colour and sparkle this time of year?
When I was a kid Halloween just wasn’t really celebrated here in the UK. We always seemed to be more focused on Bonfire Night. And, as I was a big fan of fireworks and it’s very close to my birthday, November the 5th just always won out for me.
However, as the years have gone on, we seem to have caught up with our cousins across the pond and now Halloween is a bigger and bigger event every year. Therefore, if you are getting ready to decorate for the season I thought I would bring you my top picks for Halloween decor at home.
Rose Gold Pumpkin Light
Well, let’s start with the adage, go big or go home. Just how beautiful is this rose gold pumpkin light, which will add a little sparkle to any table, mantelpiece, or party setting. I couldn’t resist sharing it, and it would definitely be one I would use to decorate year after year.
Autumn Halloween Pumpkin Wreath
If you enjoy decorating your door as the seasons change, then this Autumn themed wreath is perfect right through until you switch it out for a Christmas one. I am seeing more and more of these wreaths every year, from Spring through to the holidays, and I think they are a great way to celebrate the joy of your home.
Halloween Cross Stitch Kit
If you enjoy making, then this cross stitch kit is an ideal way to relax. Even better, once it’s complete you have something fun to hang on your wall to celebrate the season. The hoop comes with this kit so you also have a perfect frame.
This pumpkin themed Halloween Garland can be used to decorate a fireplace, wall, edge of a table, bookcase, or anywhere your heart desires. I find these little garlands are an easy way to add a holiday theme without breaking the bank.
Set Of Six Mini Glass Illuminated Pumpkins
Looking for more sparkle? Then you can’t go wrong with this set of six little glass pumpkins. Each contains an LED light, which is ideal if you don’t want to have any naked flames among your decorations. Personally I love these so much I would probably be tempted to leave them out all Autumn long.
Pure Wool Autumn Pumpkin Decoration
If you are looking to add more softness and warmth to your decor, then these pumpkins are perfect. They come in two sizes and are made from pure Harris Tweed wool.
Little Ghost Acrylic Brooch
Last, but not least, is this little ghost brooch. It might not truly be decor but I just couldn’t resist adding it into the mix, because just how cute is he? This one might definitely have slipped into my basket. Boo!
Has that got you in the mood for Halloween? I hope you are feeling just a little readier to have a hauntingly good time this October 31st. Have a spooktacular season and Happy Halloween!
